Working for Pathfinders and the Graduate School of Public Health have both had a significant impact on improving my communication and professional skills. I am in constant contact with individuals who have various concerns about their situation, whether it be with their health, or their college- decision making process.

Pathfinders has had a huge role in my college career. Since being hired in the Fall of 2015, I have become far more confident when speaking to large groups and people I have only just met. On tours, and at program fairs, our goal is help prospective students in this critical decision-making time and offer any insight we have about Pitt and everything this school has to offer. Hearing the words, “You were my Pathfinder, and the reason I came to Pitt” make this job one of the most meaningful experiences I’ve ever had!
