Sarah R. Sellers

My name is Sarah Sellers, and I am interested in people. I love studying their cultures and learning their languages. I love listening to them and understanding what they need. And I love contributing to refugee and migrant aid efforts, since I believe people, no matter where they’re from or where they’re going, deserve to live a life just like everybody else. This is why I followed the Peace, Conflict and Security track of Pitt’s Global Studies Certificate. This track paired well with my French major and Arabic certificate, with all three allowing me the resources needed to help the people I love – moving or not!
