Throughout my time at the University of Pittsburgh, I have developed an interest in global issues. In order to pursue this interest I completed an economics major, a legal studies minor, a Turkish minor and a global studies certificate with a concentration in Politics and Economy. My courses have involved learning about Turkish culture, the impact of global economic decisions and even globalization’s effect on the world. My studies were enhanced by a study abroad program that traveled to Ireland, where I could see these differences in governance and economic policies. I hope to be able to utilize my global knowledge in my future career as a Treasury Management Analyst with PNC.
